Burner specs: Asia Infra-Red Burner Type A-1601 (Taiwan). Gas consumption rates (per burner): 0.45 kg/hr with LPG / 0.49 m^3/hr NGV. Heat: 5,400 kcal/hr (per burner). Tunnel has stainless steel construction. There is no nameplate or brand name listed on the tunnel. Previously installed in a fish cooking application in Texas. One end of conveyor features an air-knife blower, conveyor dip with roller, and second air blower. Features a cleaning dip tank for conveyor. Mechanical vari-speed drive is adjustable.
