Conveyor belt oiler
The material to be treated is placed on a stainless steel mesh belt that transfers it into the oiling chamber.
A series of adjustable nozzles and an oleo-pneumatic pump provide for extra fine adjustment of the oil mist.
In the ventilation chamber, an air blow and an extractor fan under the belt remove the superfluous droplets, which are then condensed and sent back into the tank.
All handling is adjustable and can be adapted to any type of small parts.
It is available in three sizes and, as option, we offer an equipment, that captures the oil mist coming out from the tunnel.
