Modular design equipped with 513″ (42.7 feet) long total air tight tunnel area, polyurethane constructed, has removeable hoods that require no tooling or seals, top and bottom cooling tubes positioned horizontally above product conveyor to maintain constant cooling temperatures from entrance to exit, with radiation water cooling from above and contact cooling from below. Adjustable temperatures from 6 to 12 Deg C. and can handle up to a 24.8″ wide product belt, with heat exchanger, compressor, condenser, water circulation pump and evaporator units located in lower part of tunnel, compact drive section and control panel.
