International Baler Incline Conveyor

WORKING OF PLANT / FUNCTIONS OF MACHINES.

(1) Feeder conveyor -
Hopper on Inclined Belt conveyor receives potatoes from bags and conveyor transfer potatoes at regulated flow to pre grader.

(2) Pre Grader Screen — It receives products from inclined feed conveyor. It is provided with wire mesh of required hexagonal opening mesh to remove (minus)/small product. Oversize Products passed on to Inspection Belt Conveyor. Small separated product is passed underneath on discharge belt conveyor.

(3) Inspection Belt Conveyor — The product is distributed evenly and throughout width of conveyor. Platforms provided on both sides of conveyor facilitate operators to sort spoiled, irregular & undesired products easily out of product for further process. Variable speed control is provided to set speed for optimum sorting efficiency.

(4) Product Grader Screen.– A screen grader with required grading mesh of hexagonal size is provided to separate oversize and undersize. Oversize product is discharged at end of grader and undersize is discharged underneath on discharge conveyor.
Each grader — It is necessary that product is distributed evenly / uniformly throughout width of screen.

(5) Discharge belt conveyors. 2nos.
These conveyors are provided underneath screen graders to take products away from grader for bagging operations.
