This super sanitary construction stainless steel conveyor features a tight radius slave driven transfer for raw or packaged dairy/cheese products. It features fully welded stainless steel frame construction and removable wearstrips for easy cleaning.
This system feeds two conveyors of wrapped cheese combining into one line at 90º simultaneously without product collision. The primary line has continuous movement while the secondary is stopped with a clamp intermittently so both lines flow with precision.
The 2:1 traffic cop pneumatic clamps include stainless steel air cylinders and safety guarding. Electrical controls include NEMA 4X Slope Top enclosures.
