The third is a swivel clip which allows the technician to clip the meter back onto the technician’s belt loop or the D-Ring of the technician’s meter which allows for continuous monitoring of RF signal leakage during the work day.

• The Steel Cord Belt Stripper is used to prepare the end of a length of a steel corded conveyor belt when splicing on a new section or replacement length. It is used to remove the rubber covers to expose the steel cords along the splicing length
• The main advantage of the system is a considerable reduction in splice / repair time, which is an important consideration given the cost of down time on steel cord conveyors.
• The CM steel-cord stripper provides a uniform and circular form on the stripped steel cords. This promotes correct bonding to the splicing rubber when re-vulcanising to form a high strength repair
• Improved safety and ease of operation is also in evidence, as the need to manually handle knives is removed and the repair personnel can operate the plough assembly from an ergonomic standing position.
