1 Automatic packing machine Mod. P42/5 made of:
- Automatic bags magazine with mechanic advancing movement;
- Empty bags collecting system, by a special high performing turbine Vacuum system by aspiration. After opening, the bags are carried under the screw doser and filled.
- Bags advancing movement with mechanic step by step system
- Vibration system for the filled bags onto a vibrating plane. The vibrating plane speed is adjustable by a frequency variator.
- Device closing bags, complete with single action scrapper to restore the gussets.
- Paper trimmer (upper part of the bags) with conveying and collecting channel.
Paper bag folding and gluing by means of hot-melt glue with mechanic glue roller.

AUTOMATIC BUNDLING SHRINK MACHINE MOD FBK 700
Complete, bundle cooling fan and ONE formats. It is made of:
- Guides and, locking for the operating of the bags
- In line pneumatically pusher
- Sealing bar pneumatically activated, with safety device included (it is
600 mm long)
- Useful passage under sealing bar, 415 mm
- Automatic unwinding device, (upper and lower) to apply the shrinkable
film around the bundle
- Extractable carriage lower reel
- Shrinking tunnel 1500 mm long. Passage 600×400 (h)
- Steel mesh belt conveyor
- Bundle cooling device, out of the shrinking tunnel, by fan.
- Electrical cabinet incorporated into the machine. The control is by PLC

From glass to stones to composites and metals, nothing cuts, shapes, drills or finishes a greater variety of materials than a water jet cutter. We can provide Certificate of Conformity for all precision work undertaken.

Marine Fabrication
Manufacture of pulpits, pushpits and deck furniture to your specifications. We can and have manufactured bespoke bow rollers, fuel tanks and a huge array of other marine equipment from scratch using a variety of materials. We regularly work with mild steel, aluminium, and stainless steel along with various other exotic metals.

Conveyor Rollers
RB Engineering can offer to fabricate and machine repair or replacement of conveyer head and tail rollers. We can also offer a full repair and reconditioning service of existing Conveyor Rollers and Conveyor Drums.
