Advantage Machinery
Model: Auto-Fio
Machine Type: Automatic
Description:
The Advantage Machinery Auto-Fio is an automatic machine for the production of spiral and double wire books, notebooks, calendars and pads. An operator feeds a collated notebook into the transport section.
The book goes into a separating device that prepares the book to be punched in different sections. The individual groups then pass through the punching section where the holes are perforated. An interchangeable die allows for different punching patterns. The individual groups are then collated into the original order of the product and transported to the binding section. The binding section has both a spiral wire and double wire feeding device. The finished products are then delivered on a conveyor belt. Many options are available, such as hard cover feeders, online round corner and also automation from the ruling machine.
