Cooling automated vertical storage system, designed for the die casting industrial sector: this storage system cools down the hot product coming from the production unit at a temperature near to 100°C.
This storage system has 12 stations/racks on which the product is deposed by robotic arm: the product is cooled by the counterclockwise rotation with a ‘ step by step ‘ logic (the robotic arm lays the product, a special sensor warns the system of the presence of the product, the racks rotate of one step).
“Automatic function”: the robot puts/removes the product, leaving space for the next cycle (the system is fully operational and all the 12 station/racks are occupied).
“Manual function”: continuous operation to quickly empty the system, activated by a button on the control panel without restraint.
