The bag flattener conveyor is specifically designed to remove excess air from open mouth and valve type bags. When the air is removed, the bag is more uniform in size and shape. This allows for a tighter and more stable stacking pattern on a standard shipping pallet.
The conveyor can easily be adjusted to accommodate different bag thicknesses. It is available in a 24 inch belt width with frame lengths sizes of 10 feet, 12 feet, 14 feet or 16 feet. All bag flattener conveyors are built of 6 inch structural c-channel with powder coated frames. 220/440V / 3 Ph / 60 cycle electrical components are standard.
