Let us introduce to you our automated wax dispensing system, which consists of 1 stainless steel mesh conveyor belt, 2 wax injection tanks, 2 wax melting tanks, 2 heat tunnels and PLC control box. The wax in the wax melting tank is pumped into the wax injection tank by a heat-proof pump. The conveyor belt carries the jars under the wax injection nozzles. When a photo-electric sensor detects the jars, the automatic pneumatic control will inject desired amount of wax into jars. The amount of wax can be adjusted by the wax injection time which is
set digitally.
The length of conveyor belt is 32000 mm. The moving speed of conveyor belt can be adjusted with invertor according to the wax injection time.
The wax injection tanks and wax melting tanks are oil jacketed to prevent fire hazard. The heating temperatures can be individually
set with the help of state-of-art digital thermostats. Different heating temperatures can meet the requirements of various wax
recipes. Each wax injection tank is with 27 nozzles. It can move up and down on the frame, according to the height of candle jars.
The main function of a wax melting tank is to keep wax warm. The wax in the melting tank is pumped into the wax injection tank
above. It is with swivel castors, and can move freely if necessary.
One heat tunnel is at the front of candle filling line, and it is to preheat the candle jars. The other heat tunnel is at the back
of filling line, and it is to eliminate the sink wells formed at the top of jar candles when wax becomes cold and shrinks.

A shrink tunnel or heat tunnel is a heated tunnel mounted over or around a conveyor system. Items such as packaging, have shrink film loosely applied; with heat, the film shrinks to fit snugly around the wrapped object.
The heat source can be based on Heating element (electrical resistance), Infrared heater, steam, or gas flame. Often forced air is used to improve convection, sometimes focusing the heat on one component of the item.
Tunnels are available with or without a conveyor system. Some are built into a production line or are integral with machinery that also applies the shrink film. Others are movable by hand or by castors. A shrink tunnel, referred to as an oven, may be equipped with an integrated conveyor of two different kinds. The roller conveyor or the belt conveyor. Roller conveyors can be used with polyolefin, PVC, and shrink polyethylene films. The space in between the rollers is filled with hot air from the bottom of the tunnel to shrink the film layer around the object, creating a sealed package. When used with polyolefin and PVC based films the rollers are called “live” or spinning. When used with polyethylene films the rollers are called “dead” or not spinning. The tunnels with Teflon mesh belts and polymer mesh belts are used for smaller packages, or when the package may have an instability and need a stable platform.
Some heat shrink tunnels have two or more zones for heating and controlled cooling.
