Here we have a mod. MB inclined conveyor coupled to a mod. PA flat conveyor: the dimensions are especially bit to be suitable for those of the granulator – just the entrance hole of the same, in which the flat conveyor comes in, it is about 3 meters high off the ground.
You can notice on the mod. MB inclined conveyor a tunnel type metal detector: it detects the metal impurities that can be contained in the product, that would damage the granulator and would not allow the reuse of the plastic material.
On the mod. PA flat conveyor there’s a cooling system of fans, to cool and prepare the plastic materials for the granulation process.

\ Soluzione nata per il trasporto di oggetti di recupero in plastica con massimo 500 mm di diametro destinati alla granulazione fine per il suo successivo ri-utilizzo.
Si tratta di un nastro inclinato mod. MB abbinato ad un nastro piano mod. PA: le dimensioni sono particolarmente grandi per rispondere a quelle del granulatore – basti pensare che il foro di entrata dello stesso, a cui il nastro piano convoglia, è alto da terra circa 3 metri.
Si può notare sul nastro inclinato mod. MB un metal detector a tunnel : rileva le impurità metalliche eventualmente contenute nel prodotto trasportato, che altrimenti andrebbero a danneggiare il granulatore e non permetterebbero il successivo riutilizzo del materiale plastico.
Sul nastro piano mod. PA ci sono svariati ventilatori, utili a raffreddare e preparare il prodotto al processo di granulazione che avverrà di lì a poco.
