Adco, Model 15D105BC-125EC, automatic, continuous motion, horizontal, hot melt glue cartoner rated from 25 to 125 cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable unit set on 12″ centers, with 2-1/2″ wide x 3″ high lugs. Carton size range: 1″ to 9-1/2″ in Length; ¾” to 4″ in Width 5″ to 12″ in Depth. Equipped with 15′ long x 12″ wide bucket in feed conveyor with 8″ long x 12″ deep x 3-1/2″ high adjustable product buckets. 80″ long powered (3) belt blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary pic-n-place, no-product / no-carton, top carton hold down, barrel cam loader, Nordson hot melt glue system, Siko gauges for quick product change-overs, vacuum pump system, statis light and safety guarding. Control Panel has relay logic controls with touch pad controller and digital display with machine, on / off controls, vacuum, glue, jog / run on / off switches, start, stop, and e-stop buttons with speed control dial. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with locking caster.
