Corrugated sidewalls are manufactured with a new design that assures the maximum flexibility and adhesion to the belt thanks to the flat base.
The choice of each component is fundamental for the proper functioning of the conveyor belt. The usage of specific sidewalls designed for lateral containment allows the creation of an handling system studied to optimize materials’ conveying.
Sidewalls and cleats are projected with a totally flat base to ensure a higher flexibility and a stronger continuous adhesion thanks to the uniform pressure distribution during the hot vulcanization process. Like all the other components, sidewalls can be manufactured with any kind of rubber compound to grant the best performances with any material and installation.
They are available both without textile insert (HEL) and with an innovative textile insert (HEF) that is able to guarantee strength, flexibility and better resistance to the cut. This insert is completely incorporated into the sidewall, avoiding any problem of separation between rubber and insert caused by the compression.
Corrugated Sidewalls with textile reinforcement (HEF) are available from 60mm up to 300mm, while without textile insert (HEL) are available from 40mm to 120mm.
