Design and manufacture Stainless Steel Bin Tipper and Flighted Belt Conveyor. Contents from a 120 Litre Wheelie Bin are discharged onto conveyor system located inside production area and discharged into a large trailer 2.6m high located outside.

Hydraulically driven wheelie bin tipper to tip into hopper positioned on flighted belt conveyor. Bin tipper suitable for tipping standard 120 litre wheelie bins through 135 degrees. Lift height of 1200mm. Bin dimensions to be confirmed (Sample received) – Max weight 100kg. Bin tipper is installed and bolted down in correct position over conveyor. A 120 litre bin is wheeled into tipper, mesh covered side plates protect the operator from moving parts. Two buttons are pressed which initially drives a siren and flashes an orange light warning the operator the receiving conveyor will shortly start. After a set time the conveyor will begin to run, followed shortly by the machine tipping the bin onto the conveyor. The operator continues to press the two start buttons until the conveyor is empty. A second set of buttons returns the tipper back to the lower position ready to load the next bin. Upon release of any buttons the tipper and conveyor machines stop dead. Bin tips in approx 20 seconds. Manufactured from Stainless Steel – Mild steel cylinder – pump not stainless but will be enclosed in stainless cover.
SPECIFICATION Conveyor System
The 4.5m long folded side stainless steel elevator would be free standing & would accept product from the feed tipper. The 3 ply flighted belt (250 mm pitch 40mm high flights, 2 “A” section tracking guides underside) would elevate the product from the hopper through a hole in the wall & discharge via a plastic slitted curtained chute into the waste trailer. The elevator belt return would be enclosed using undertrays spaced off the main structure for cleaning purposes. The elevator belt would be driven by a simple shaft mounted motor gearbox (Bonfiglioli or other) supported using external flanged plastic housed bearings. The elevator would be supplied with it independent isolator powered & controlled from the bin tippers control panel.
