Design features
• volumetric stainless steel depositor integrated with a wire belt conveyor for automatic portion controlled spraying of liquid products on cake layers of different diameters and forms by use of a syrup spraying nozzle and a sensor;
• conveyor is equipped with a catch tray and height adjustable swivel castors with brakes;
• the depositor is mounted on a mobile frame manually adjustable in height;
• applications: spraying of syrup or liquors;
Orange Conveyor Systems offers Flat Belt Aluminium profile conveyors of various length and width. The system integrated with direct coupled gearedmotor along with a PVC fabric belt of 5mm thick with Inner profile welded provides smooth belt running and belt shifting is eliminated. The variable frequency drive provides different speed options as per requirement in production line.
