Tansans, tin cans, and other steel materials are removed by hand using a permanent magnet. Shown in these videos (5 parts) are also plastics and steel bits, both of which can be sold seperately. Initial segregated compostable garbage from the first rotating mesh drum falls to a 2nd conveyor at bottom which loads onto a blue truck. Truck will transport to another site for further segregation. In the future, at a more spacious site, the use of blue truck will be redundant & therefore disregarded. What is not yet included in these videos are segregation for glass/ceramics & packagings for hazardous chemicals ie batteries.
