AUTOMATIC DIVIDER AND ROUNDER
The machine uses a vacuum system to break up and form balls of bread dough with a more than 55% water content. The dough-breaking device is available in 5 different models that vary in capacity according to the weight of the dough to be broken up. The production speed and weight of the dough is controlled electronically by two inverters. Production speed varies between a minimum of 16 pcs/min (960 pcs/hour) and a maximum of 54 pcs/min (3240 pcs/hour). There are four models of hopers between 30 and 200 kg in capacity. The conveyor belt is height adjustable and is fitted with an adjustable channel that forms the dough into balls. The lubrication system guarantees the machine’s constant good working. The machine could work with power suply at 400 Volt/3 ph., at 230 Volt/3 ph. or 230 Volt/1ph; with a frequency of 50/60 Hz.

La macchina con sistema a depressione spezza e arrotonda pasta da pane con percentuali d’acqua superiori al 55%. La spezzatrice viene costruita in 5 differenti modelli che variano per la loro cilindrata e quindi per i diversi pesi della pasta che ogni una di esse può spezzare. Le variazioni della velocità di produzione e dei pesi della pasta, sono gestite elettronicamente da due inverter. La velocità di produzione varia da un minimo di 16 pz./min (960 pz./ora) ad un massimo di 54 pz./min (3240 pz./ora). Sono disponibili 4 modelli di tramoggie con capacità da 30-50-120-200 kg. Il nastro trasportatore può essere regolato in altezza ed è accessoriato di un canale arrotondatore regolabile. L’impianto di lubrificazione garantisce sempre un funzionamento ottimale della macchina. Può funzionare con alimentazione sia a 400 Volt/3 ph., a 230 Volt/3 ph. o 230 Volt/1ph. e con una frequenza di 50 o 60 Hz.
