COOLING CONVEYOR
Lintas Artha Engineering Belting yang memungkinkan udara bersirkulasi secara bebas sekitar dan di bawah part, adalah sebuah cara yang baik untuk meningkatkan pendinginan. Belting bisa digunakan sendiri atau dengan alat bantu pendingin seperti udara ruang yang ditiupkan atau udara yang didinginkan. Pilihan meliputi modular belt, wire mesh belting. Jika anda perlu mendinginkan sebuah ekstrusi atau part dengan cepat, sebuah semprotan air bisa menjadi pilihan yang baik. Aplikasi ini menggunakan tiga sprayer air untuk menyemportkan kabut halus air ke ekstrusi panas ketika melaluinya. Aliran air yang melalui sebuah wire mesh belt, kedalam stainless steel pan di bawahnya. Untuk mengijinkan ekstrusi dikemas dengan segera, dua pisau udara menghilangkan air residual.
A. Water Cooling
Lintas Artha Engineering water cooling conveyor adalah sebuah cara yang baik untuk mendinginkan part berdinding tebal ketika mereka dipindah ke konveyor yang lain atau stasiun kerja yang lain. Conveyor kustom, flat to incline dan tanki penahan air memberikan landing halus dan pendinginan maksimum. Unit tersedia dalam banyak pilihan panjang dan lebar.
Submersible conveyor ini memiliki cover dengan sebuah silinder diaktivasikan, pintu tergantung pada ujung in feed. Pada sebuah sinyal, dengan sebuah robot (atau device yang lain), in feed door terbuka, part diijinkan masuk air, kemudian pintu menutup, menahan part ini di bawah air ketika in tank conveyor memindahkannya ke bagian condong dari konveyor ini. Pintu membuka kembali untuk part selanjutnya. Sebuah opsi indexing juga tersedia. Spesifikasi tanki dan konveyor sama sebagaimana yang tercatat di bawah ini untuk standard submersible conveyor.
B. Blowing ambient air
Meniupkan udara ruan pada part panas bisa menjadi cara yang relatif murah untuk membantu mendinginkan part yang hangat pada jalan mereka ke operasi packing atau assembly. Ruang pendingin bisa ditempatkan pada flat conveyor atau incline conveyor. Indexing pada conveyor belt bisa membantu memaksimalkan waktu dalam ruang pendinginan. Blower bisa dalam kecepatan yang berubah atau tetap.
C. Chilled air cooling
Pendinginan udara dingin adalah pilihan yang baik ketika part-part perlu didinginkan secara menyeluruh. Unit pendingin udara dingin standard meliputi sebuah blower dan coil yang dipasang di tutup pada conveyor belt. Air dingin diberikan oleh chiler pelanggan atau tower. Ruang pendinginan bisa ditempatkan pada flat converyor atau incline conveyor. Indexing conveyor belt bisa membantu untuk memaksimalkan waktu dalam ruang pendinginan. Blower bisa dalam kecepatan yang berubah atau tetap. Sedangkan unit pendingin udara dingin membutuhkan akses ke chiller atau tower untuk air dingin, unit mandiri tidak membutuhkan apapun selain outlet 100V. Unit mandiri bisa memberikan pndinginan cepat, pendinginan post mold sampai serendah 40 sampai 45 derajat F. (tergantung pada udara plant ruang dan suhu part). Set up sederhana tidak membutuhkan pipa ledeng.
