1. Straiht run modular belt conveyor Har900

Modular belt conveyors are widely used for food industry applications and for products with high temperatures to 110°C.  Due to the guide of the belt, lateral deviation does not occur, thus workpieces can also be pushed off transversely. Due to its positive-fit drive, the straight run conveyor can handle high loads, even at narrow belt widths.

2.Curved modular belt conveyor

The modular belt conveyor Har2400 is available with several track layout curve angles of 45°, 90°. 180° or 360°. Using individual variations, the track layout can be perfectly tailored to the existing conditions. The different conveyor widths ranging from 249mm up to 3000 mm and offer a very good effective width ratio, which is of advantage in confined spaces on site. In addition, the system is modular in structure and in combination with straight and incline conveyors practically all track layouts can be implemented in three-dimensional space.

3.Incline modular belt conveyor

Features:
Automatic soft gelatin encapsulation machine is a new generation of roller die type water cooling type soft gelatin encapsulation machine that optimized designed and precise manufactured on the basis of foreign latest technology. Its main technical index reach to the international advanced level and conforms to the GMP standard.
consists of main machine, gelatin melting tank, insulated gelatin storage tank, electric control cabinet, conveyor, shape/drying rotary cage, colloid mill etc. The working principles: put the oil, gelatin-insoluble liquid, paste, plaster (e.g. extract plaster from Chinese herbs) inject into between two gelatin skin quantificationally, through the two roller dies and press and cutting into various shape soft capsules, such as egg shape, fish shape, cylinder, ball shape, calabash shape. This production line includes the following ten merits:
1. The water cooling type eliminates the dust contamination caused by the air cooling.
Optimization design the roller die, increase the output of 30–40% than the model RG2-150 (6 inch roller dies) meanwhile enhance the utilization ratio of gelatin.
The gelatin conveyance of insulated gelatin storage tank adopt air pressure type through the ground, which improves the production environment.
The capsule conveyance belt adopt food-grade conveyance belt (FDA approved) produced by Lexno Corporation (USA) which is non-toxic, non-sticky, and easy to wash.
The shape and drying rotary cage is made of stainless steel net sheet, which is no dead corners and easy to wash. An oil basin placed under the rotary cage to ensure there is no oil drops during the production.
All the electric parts adopt well-known brand in the world, the performances is stable.
The 10-station and 14-station injection rod equipped with the machine, it can use the width of roller dies while producing the small dosage products, enhances the utilization ratio of gelatin and output.
It is convenient and prompt that adjusting the clearance of two roller dies by air pressure.
The improved capsule-peeling unit minimizes the probability that the waste gelatin skin enwind onto the gelatin-peeling rod.
