These machines are suitable for cutting round pipes with a diameter from 75 to 1020 mm.
The machine is capable to process extremely heavy pipes with enormous precision. Pipe weights of 8.000 kg are possible without problems.
Through the chuck opening, it is very easy to feed the pipes (max OD 615mm/24) and connect the machine with an in feed conveyor system. More important is that pipes can be clamped in the middle and profiled in the front and back of the main drive, to avoid scrap for over length clamping.
Capable of cutting wall thickness over 100 mm an automatic pre-heating torch is integrated into the cutting head, increasing productivity and quality. The machine and it components are strongly build and will be continuously accurate during the lifetime of the machine.
This machine is used mainly in steel construction, process industry and off shore markets.
