Automatic Tin Capping Machine and Automatic Numan Capping Machine are equipped with pick and place arrangement governed by positioning mechanism in order to place numan caps/spouts on the right location of the Tin container to provide error free automatic capping solution .
Components-
Cap Dispensing system-The dispensing system consists of vibrator and chute assembly which is capable of handling both numan caps and spout caps (one at a time).The caps are fed in the hopper which transfers the caps to chute.
Cap Placing system- This system consists of a sensing mechanism which first senses the mouth location in x-y axis. Then container is transferred to cap placement arrangement where a pick and place arm picks the caps and places it on the right location.
Capping arrangement- Capping arrangement is similar to normal numan-capping machine having some modifications in order to support automation. With a change part both numan-caps and spouts can be cam be capped.
Speed- The machine can deliver a speed upto 18 containers/tins per minute.
