This guard has external bolt flanges on top of the guard and the front panels easily remove for maintenance or inspection. Bottom drainage slots in the guard reduce material build-up. Our guards are custom fit to each application and the sectional design allows for easy installation without removing the sheaves. Guarding wedge clamps open and close easily with no loose hardware. All components are labeled to assist with the assembly and location of the guard. Installation instruction stickers are on the outside of the guard to assist with installation. Adjustable shaft covers move to adjust with the motor for the tensioning of the belts. The shaft guards are also telescopic to ensure a tight secure fit. Having an enclosed design increases the life of both the belt and the sheave. Adjustable mounting brackets are provided to mount the V-Belt to the existing machinery. Guards feature heavy duty steel construction with powder coating for increased durability. You can easily reference equipment when performing maintenance tasks with laser cut identification. Black mesh increases the visibility through the guard and allows for inspection without removing the guard.
