Product mix is placed on the conveyor deck and adjustable height roles gently and uniformly press the dough across a 16-inch wide belt surface. An optional topping device can sprinkle dry ingredients onto the slab which are pressed in by a finishing roller. A guillotine device cuts the slab every 24 inches and a retractable conveyor gently places the cut slab into an 18 by 26 inch baking pan.
