This is a specialised conveyor used for cooling of Hot candles wax which are normally poured in Glass or Terracotta containers. Wax is poured by Automatic or Semi automatic filling machine at one end of the conveyor, and the conveyor runs at a variable speed of 25 mm – 250 mm/ min. The total length of the conveyor is about 100 mtrs, and in between over the conveyor is a cooling chamber, which aids in faster cooling of the candles. Apart from the cooling system between the top and bottom layer of the conveyor, Industrial fans are fitted at regular intervals, which aid in faster cooling. The width of the conveyor is about 1200 mm, and it can carry about 10 tonnes of candle over it.
