Solution: Replaced with B-section PowerTwist SuperGrip Top PU (Polyurethane) running in B-section Trackstar Guide and Channel. Benefits include much longer belt life, easy installation and superior traction.

Problem: Rubber V-belts failed every 2 months. Trapped drive caused long downtime.
Solution: Replaced with A-section PowerTwist SuperGrip Top PU (Polyurethane). Benefits include easy installation (no disassembly of components), much longer belt life and superior traction.
