This is a new project for one of our customers that required a 4.5m belt conveyor to transport his pre-packed sandwiches he also needed some overhead shelfing for his products. It was fabricated in stainless steel and food quality belting with an easy quick release for the belt for removal and cleaning.
The video was not on site so to show the belt was moving we added cans of course the product should have been sandwiches!
Product is loading into storage hopper. Product is elevated up and transferred onto heavy duty wire mesh belt conveyor. Product is index conveyed on conveyor to location for Robot with vision and gripper picks product off wire mesh belt conveyor. Robot transfer product onto a steel belt conveyor in correct orientation and product is conveyed to machine process.
