Lindberg model 816 continuous mesh belt conveyor furnace. Calciner has a 6″ wide x 20′ long mesh belt with a 3″ clearance. The belt has 1-10 inches per min speed. The 6′ heated length has 8 controlled zones with zone #1 up to 750° C and zones #2-#8 up to 1100° C. The calciner has a 6′ cooling length. Atmospheric or nitrogen purge capable. Overall estimated dimensions are 252″ long x 28″ wide x 72″ tall. Serial number 949041. Requires 230 vac 3 phase electrical supply and 30 gallons per hour of water at 30-70 psi at 55° F. The local operator controls were removed and the unit was controlled by a remote desktop computer via ethernet.
