Rated from 50 to 600 linear inches per minute with number of containers – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Label size range: 1″ to 4½” in width; 1″ to 6″ in length, with label placement accuracy of up to ± (1/32)”. Equipped with a 92″ long x 10″ wide Delrin product infeed conveyor belt and (2) labeling heads with tamp on application. Film roll maximum diameter of 12″ on 3″ core. Mounted on a painted base frame with casters.

Most eye splice instructions have you tuck in first one side then turn the splice over and repeat. This type is different. Unravel as much as you think you will need plus 50%. Tie off the running end and whip the ends of the individual strands. Tuck the middle strand under a lay of the rope first. The strand on the left of that is tucked under the lay behind the first tuck. Now the splice is turned over and the remaining running end is tucked under so that all three running strands are coming out at the same level on the standing part. Each strand goes over the lay next to it and under the following. Three courses is sufficient. Whip or taper to finsih.
