Adco, Model 9JBC10575EC, automatic, continuous motion, horizontal, hot melt glue cartoner. Rated from 20 to 120 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Carton size range: 1″ to 7½” in Length; ¾” to 4″ in Width, 4″ to 7½” in Depth. Equipped with (3) chains adjustable set on 9″ centers with ½” wide x 3½” high lugs, 92″ long x 7½” wide in feed conveyor with 1¾” deep adjustable product pockets, 46″ long (2) belt powered blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary carton pic-n-place, no-product / no-carton, top carton hold down, barrel cam loader, Nordson hot melt glue system, vacuum pump system and interlock safety guarding. Control Panel has an AB PLC, push button start / stop / reset / E-stop and Rockwell Automation touch screen display.
