Adco Model 15E60EC, semi-automatic, horizontal, hot melt glue cartoner, rated from 20 to 120 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Carton size range:1″ to 7″ in Length; 3/4″ to 4″ in Width; 5″ to14-1/2″ in Depth. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 9″ centers with 5″ high lugs, 48″ long 3-belt automatic waterfall magazine, 2-arm rotary vacuum pick n place, top carton confining rail, 12″ wide x 140″ long product in feed conveyor, 60″ long product load station, Nordson hot melt glue system with pattern controller, roller compression discharge and interlocked safety guarding. Control panel with start, stop, e-stop, vacuum pump. Mounted on base frame with locking casters.
