Bit Corp. Cyclone C-RH rotary head belt washer. The belt washer is used on open mesh belt conveyors. The portable belt washer consists of a rotary wash head, a high pressure pump, 2 air knives, a pressure blower, and a stainless steel platform cart. The 42.75″ diameter rotary wash head has stainless steel rotating wash arms with high pressure spray nozzles that mounts to the conveyor and is driven by air. The wash head connects to a General Pump Triplex Plunger pump T series 50 7.5 hp 1760 rpm high pressure pump that is rated up to an estimated 3-4 gpm at 1500-2000 psi. The 2 tear drop aluminum air knives that are used for drying are 43″ long each. The centrifugal blower for the air knives has a filter and is driven by a 7.5 hp 3530 rpm motor. The stainless steel cart has the pump and blower mounted with an area to hold the wash head ta allow you to easily move from one belt to another. Requires 230/460 vac 3 phase electrical supply, compressed air supply, and water supply.
