General Conveyor Inc. presents it’s Alpine Conveyor. This type of conveyor utilizes vertical space to convey product as opposed to a large floor footprint . Alpine conveyors can be used to transport product from high level to low level, or vice versa. They can also be used as inline accumulation or offline accumulation. General Conveyor’s design of Alpine requires the minimum amount of chain required as there is no traditional return chain, the chain is looped by “short circuiting”. Alpine conveyors can be constructed in powder coated carbon steel or stainless steel for clean applications.
