Kreuter Model CHOCOMAT1, 32″ wide, chocolate enrober and cooling tunnel, with belt speeds rated from 4 to 20 feet per minute with number of product – depending on materials and application. Equipped with product in feed table with pneumatic belt tracker to enrober with variable speed 32″ wide x 64″ long wire mesh product conveyor belt with water jacketed chocolate reservoir, pressure pipe circulation and feed system also feeds bottom section with separate pipe which enables total control of the bottom wave and blowers with adjustments for volume or speed of air and angle of flow. Vibration system, scavenging roller with scraper to adjust bottom thickness and remove excess chocolate. 47 foot 3″ long universal cooling tunnel with 32″ wide belt with flip up cover and two evaportors each one with 4400 watts and cooling capacity approx 10 KW, R-22 refrigeration media and capacity indicated refers to an evaorator temperature of +14 Deg F. Control panel with pump, blower, belt, enrobing station, refrigeration and cooling tunnel controls. Last application chocolate and yogurt covered pretzles.
