Mesh Belt Shot Blasting Machines is a versatile machine that shot blast small to medium sized parts. It is capable to blast component from all sides of a part in one pass. The machine can be integrated for online process, component can be taken directly from your conveyor to special mesh belt made from manganese steel of shot blasting machine to transports it into the blast chamber. Component gets blasted as it pass through blasting chamber, powerful RLM blast wheels are arranged at an angle to the direction of the component to achieve maximum coverage and blast clean entire surface of the part.
