Poly Pak, Model Scarab IL-250, automatic, stainless steel, inline, intermittent motion, shrink bundler and tunnel. Rated from 5 to 12 bundles per minute – depending on materials, application, environment and machine configuration. Bundle size up to: 22″ in Width; 12″ in Height. Equipped with powered roller in feed with 45″ long x 15¾” wide rubber product conveyor belt, top and bottom film mandrels, 26″ wide hot knife seal jaw with 14″ of vertical travel. Shrink tunnel with 28″ wide x 14″ high aperture x 40″ long chamber. 22″ wide x 80″ long steel mesh belt conveyor with under body cooling fan. Control panel has CPU controller with seal bar and tunnel temperature controls, tunnel on / off, seal bar timer, start, stop and e-stop push buttons. Can handle film rolls up to 24″ wide x 14″ in diameter on 3″ OD core. Mounted on stainless steel height adjustable legs. frame with casters.
