Dough docker, ribbon pipes tunnel oven 9m baking length and 130cm width, with 120m cooling conveyor belts are manufactured & installed by FARHAT Bakery Equipment.
This automatic pita bun line is fully controlled by means of PLC and touch screen to set the baking temperature required, baking time, as well as storing programs and recipies.
FARHAT is the first and only one in Middle East to manufacture this oven.
Same direct flame tunnel oven has been installed by FARHAT in : Aregentina, Canada, Australia and many other countries.
This tunnel oven can be manufactured with different length and width, up to 25m length and 2m width.
products produced can vary from pita bread, pita bun, greek pita, cookies, biscuits, flatbread, naan bread, arabic bread, pocket pitta…..
