Safeline Model Smartchek 400, automatic, 304 stainless steel, single beam X-Ray inspection system rated from 10 to 100 feet per minute with number of product – depending on materials and application. Maximum product length: 15″ Aperature: 20″ in Width; 9″ in Height with 72″ long x 17″ wide 2-ply food grade conveyor belt with 37″ in feed and discharge heights and air blast reject, curtain shielding, interlocked access door cover guarding, product photoeye and air blast product reject. Detector Diode size: 0.8mm. Scan rate: from 100 to 3000 per second depending on the application. Sensitivity ratings depending on application and enviroment being run and has enviromental rating protection level of IP65 and is Ethernet capable. Control panel has X-POD controller with full color touch screen operator interface, and A/B power and vari-speed controller, conveyor on / off push button controls statis light bar and e-stops. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with height adjustable legs.
