Savy Goiseau, Model XS200, chocolate enrober with a capacity of 12kg. Equipped with warm air tempering and rotary transfer disk, 8¾” wide x 20″ long stainless steel mesh infeed belt, 22″ long enrobing section with two curtain chocolate flow pan bottom enrobe and blower. 8¼” wide x 34″ long neoprene discharge belt with wax paper roll. Push button start / stop controls. On / off switches for disk, heater and carrier. Digital display temperature controls. Varialbe dials for heat, fan, disk and carrier. Unit mounted on caster base with foot pedal conveyor operation.
