Tyre Recycle Line (Professional Series) is Leshan Shengxing Machinery’s flagship product, it is designed for medium-large scale, professional tyre recycling plants. The production capacity of the line starts from 4,000ton/ year, and can be expanded into 30,000+ton/ year.
Based on clients’ needs, the mesh size of the rubber powder/granules produced by the tyre recycle line is also optional between 8-80 mesh, among which rubber powder of 30-40 mesh is most commonly used.
After over 12 years’ unceasing improvement, the product has already evolved into second generation.

The basic mechanism of Shengxing Machinery’s Professional Tyre Recycle line is using physical means to separator the three major substances in waste tyre: rubber, steel(bead and wire),nylon fiber. Unlike traditional ways of separating these materials, which usually requires the tyre/rubber be either frozen or heated, Shengxing’s recycle line processes waste tyre under room temperature. instead of using whole tyre crushing, Shengxing’s tyre recycle line adapts unique multi-step processing, which brings several significant advantages to the production.

++Process Flow++
1.Disassemble the tyre with GQF series Tyre disassemblers, separate the side wall/bead and cut the tyre body into sections of 300-600mm long each. (tyres of 900-1200mm diameter are to be processed by GQF-1000, smaller ones by GQF-650 )
2. Crush the tyre sections in to about 70*70mm rubber pieces with CP-400B tyre/rubber crusher
3. Peel the side wall/beads with GSB-280 tyre bead peeler to get clean steel bead and rubber pieces.
4.Further crush/grind the rubber pieces produced in step 2 and 3 into rubber granules of about 15mm diameter with LXF-250 spiral tyre coarse grinder.
5.Magneticaly separate the steel wire from rubber granules .The belt magnetic separator placed above the conveyor of LXF-250 first separates 95% of the steel wires ,the box magnetic separator then further fine separate the granules, 98% of the steel wire will by now be removed.
6.Pulverize the rubber granules produced by LXF-250 with rubber pulverizer XKP-450 into rubber powder/ rubber crumb of 8-50 mesh. (rubber powder size is optional with sieve of different mesh size ). Unqualified rubber powder/ rubber crumb are automatically conveyed back into the pulverizer to be processed again. The final magnetic separating will be conducted to remove the remaining steel.
7. Clean the steel wire separated in step 5 with steel wire cleaner XKP-350 to get clean steel wire.
8. For Nylon tyre(bias tyre), step 5 can be skipped, and rubber granules can be pulverized directly after step 4, then the rubber powder produced will be processed by fiber separatorΦ1000 to separate rubber powder and nylon fiber.
*Note:
For production of 40-80 mesh fine rubber powder, extra fine pulverization process is required after step 7.
Rubber washing process is also usually adapted after step one to improve the purity of rubber powder.
